Improving the service life of hydraulic cylinders is the key to ensuring the stable operation of hydraulic systems. 1. Optimize the selection and management of hydraulic oil
Marine cylinder manufacturers use suitable hydraulic oil:
Choose the appropriate type and viscosity of hydraulic oil according to the working requirements of the hydraulic system. The viscosity of the oil directly affects the working efficiency of the hydraulic system and the service life of the cylinder. Too high or too low oil viscosity will increase friction and accelerate wear.
Use high-quality hydraulic oil to ensure that it has good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. Poor quality or substandard oil will accelerate the wear of system components, especially seals and piston rods.
Regularly replace hydraulic oil:
