Working Principle
The automatic bending machine valve group controls the flow, pressure and flow direction of hydraulic oil by receiving signals from the CNC system to realize various actions of the bending machine. During operation, the hydraulic pump sends high-pressure hydraulic oil to the valve group, and the solenoid valve in the valve group adjusts the oil flow and pressure according to the instructions of the CNC system to drive the piston of the hydraulic cylinder to complete the bending action.
Oil flows into the system: the hydraulic pump delivers hydraulic oil to the valve group.
Solenoid valve adjustment: the solenoid valve adjusts the flow direction of the hydraulic oil according to the instructions of the CNC system, controls the oil to enter different hydraulic cylinders, and pushes the upper or lower mold up and down.
